Please do not send training records

You never need to include your dog's name, notes or session history to report a problem. If a screenshot helps, check it first for anything you would rather keep private.

Your data, without asking

In the app, More → Your data downloads a complete backup or a CSV history at any time. More → Account & backup provides cloud export, sign-out and account deletion. Local reset on each device removes the copy stored there. See the privacy notice for what is stored where.

If your dog is struggling now

SettledSolo cannot give individual advice. For self-injury, escape attempts or distress that keeps escalating, pause timed departures and contact your vet or a qualified behaviour professional.
